Cancellation & Refund Policy

BIACH&RI Academics ensures transparency and fairness in all CME and workshop registrations.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via official email from the registered participant.
  • The email must clearly state the reason for cancellation.
  • Only requests meeting our guidelines (≥7 days before event start date) will be approved.
  • No refunds for cancellations within 7 days, no‑shows, or partial attendance.
  • Substitutions or transfers of registration require prior approval from the organizing committee.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after cancellation approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • If the original method cannot be used, participants will be requested to provide bank account details for NEFT/RTGS transfer.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges and statutory taxes, if any. The net amount will be transferred to the participant.

3. Event Cancellation by Organizer

  • If BIACH&RI cancels or postpones a CME/workshop, participants may choose:
    • A full refund (exclusive of gateway charges/taxes), OR
    • Transfer of registration to the rescheduled date.
